These Terms of Use apply to Spin to Eat, an iOS cooking app. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Subscription Plans & Pricing

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- To manage or cancel your subscription: open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device.
- ⚠️ Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple ID Settings to stop future charges.
By subscribing you agree to our Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard EULA.
App Usage Conditions
Spin to Eat helps users choose a country, manage pantry ingredients, spin for recipe ideas, and cook using available ingredients. You are responsible for using the app safely, checking ingredients, following safe cooking practices, and deciding whether recipes are appropriate for you.
Subscription Information
Spin to Eat Premium may be available as a Monthly Premium subscription for USD $1.99/month or an Annual Premium subscription for USD $19.99/year. Premium includes unlimited daily spins, access to the full recipe catalog, premium recipe history, and future premium features.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage and cancel subscriptions through Apple ID settings. Purchases and subscription status are handled through Apple App Store and Apple StoreKit.
Intellectual Property
Spin to Eat, including its design, branding, interface, recipe catalog structure, and related content, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Spin to Eat is provided for cooking inspiration and pantry organization. We do not guarantee recipe availability, nutritional accuracy, medical suitability, or uninterrupted app operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, cooking decisions, ingredient substitutions, allergies, food handling, or subscription management handled by Apple.
Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
